"... The representatives seem to think that all that involves is an extra day to get the mail through. No way! When you have done your mailing the same way forever it is hard to change habits. When your payment is delayed, what does the company do that has a set day to expect payment? It charges a late- payment fee. So then people who can least afford it are charged a late fee on top of everything else. ..."
